What data we collect
When you fill in the quote form, we collect the details you provide: full name, phone, email (optional), type of work, project location, description and any photos you attach.
For security and abuse prevention, the server may temporarily process technical data such as your IP address.
Purpose
We use the data solely to respond to your request, contact you and prepare a quote. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Processing is based on your request for a quote prior to a possible contract and on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Recipients
Form messages are delivered through an email delivery provider acting on our behalf. The website is hosted by a hosting provider. These providers have access to data only as far as needed to provide their services.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting cooperation, unless the law requires a longer period.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. If analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) are enabled, they will only load after you give consent through the relevant notice, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
